BIOECONOMY- never heard of it? Onboard the MS Wissenschaft (Motorship Science), we gave you an insight into this sustainable form of economic activity, which relies on renewable resources. The exhibition was all about microorganisms and raw material cycles, new agents from nature, food of the future, and political and social questions that arise on the way to a bio-based economy. Various exhibits from science and research invited visitors to discover, try out and join in.

On 5 June, the exhibition ship MS Wissenschaft will started its tour through around 30 cities in Germany and Austria in Hamburg.  It ended on 26 October in Nuremberg.
