A floating science center with interactive exhibits. This is the idea of MS Science. The journey began in 2002, when the University of Bremen sent a ship on its first trip to Germany.
Join-in exhibition
"Touching permitted" is the motto in the cargo bay of MS Wissenschaft. This is where visitors are allowed to take action and get to the bottom of things.
Ship
Actually, the ship is an inland freighter and is named MS Jenny. Built in 1969, it has a cargo area of 600 square metres and a loading capacity of 2,290 tonnes.
